Description

Our society has gotten so caught up in having the perfect image. We all live with the constant struggle of comparison, self-doubt, and negativity towards ourselves. We are constantly turning towards social media and other people seeking validation of our worth. Our worth has become defined by how many likes we get our profile picture and how many followers we have on Instagram. However, if we stop looking towards others to know our worth and start turning towards God, we can realize we are more precious and loved than we can even fathom. Our self-worth should come from knowing we have a God that created and formed us to be exactly who He thought we needed to be. Not only have we been created by God, but we are His children and have been created in His image. We have God living and breathing through us and are a reflection of our incredible creator.

Where does our self-worth come from?
Your worth is not defined by how many likes you get on Facebook, your worth is not defined by how many followers you have on Twitter, and your worth is not defined by how many double taps you get on your Instagram picture. Your worth is defined by Christ and by our Heavenly Father.

God took the time to create us to be exactly the way we are supposed to be.

We are children of God and have been created in His image.
